RightMarine provides in Greece and worldwide a wide range of quality services covering many areas of the Yacht Industry. We offer the following range of services:

• Pre-Purchase Condition Survey

An in depth yacht inspection, including a structural in water and out of water inspection of the hull and stern gear. Moisture testing, hardness testing , ultrasonic thickness measurement or thermal imaging can all be provided upon request. An integral part of our pre-purchase survey is the sea trial , which include a full systems test and performance trials.

• Insurance Surveys

This survey is carried out to the extent of the pre-purchase survey. It is requested by insurance companies so they can determine whether or not the yacht is an acceptable risk.

• Valuation Surveys

This survey presents an estimate of valuation of the yacht based on known average retail values achieved by yacht of similar type and condition in the same location. Valuations assume a willing buyer and a willing seller and the current market conditions at the time of the survey. We appraise yachts for owners and operators, insurance companies, attorneys, leasing companies and we work closely with the leading finance banks. 

• Damage Surveys

This survey is the inspection of damage and assessment of the condition of the yacht with regard to repair or continued use. Also, it can be provided or audit quotations and oversee any repair works to ensure that the safety standard of the yacht is not compromised.

• Marine Loss Prevention & Marine Claims Handling Services

This survey is the incident investigation on cases such as collision, fire, grounding, marine pollution, engine breakdown, crew personnel death and injury matters. The service is extended to Technical Expert Reports, attendance at relevant courts as Technical Expert Witness, which is provided to P&I Clubs, H&M Underwriters and Lawyers.
